Educators often ask me about Twitter. The biggest question I get asked is "How do you know who to follow?" My answer is always the same... It depends on what kind of information you are looking for! Not very direct or clear I will admit. There is so much fantastic professional development all over Twitter on various topics, it really does depend on what your focus is. My main focus is the integration of technology to access curriculum through creating content. I am particularly interested in accessibility for all students regardless of any exceptionality they may or may not have. To me, it's all about a level playing field. So with that being said, I decided to make a short list of some educators I feel are worth the follow. The list below are some of the greatest educators that contribute to their PLN's with meaningful content. They have a ton of a great ideas and are always willing to help out.
